Yesterday, I celebrated that life-changing event with a shoulder workout, mani-pani & tried magnetic lashes for the first time. I am still happy, healthy, enjoying where I am, and looking forward to the next phase of my health and fitness journey. My life is forever changed because I didn't give up on myself and found a new way to take control of my health. I'm forever grateful for the support of my phenomenal bariatric team Dr Cribbins & the Texas Center team and the amazing IG WLS community, and I am looking forward to another 365 days of successful weight loss and goal slaying!
